Trunk or Treat

On Sunday, October 31st, we will be hosting Trunk or Treat in the west parking lot at Convergence Church. Trunk or Treat will be from 7:00p-8:30p.

Trunk or Treat is our annual harvest time festival where we have the opportunity to be the light on the darkest day of the year. Everyone in our Convergence Church community is encouraged to come! There will be games, activities and fun prizes! Tasty food will be available for purchase, provided by 2nd Chapter Youth.
Fun costumes are encouraged, but totally optional. Invite your neighbors and friends! It’s going to be an amazing time!

We need some people to sign up and volunteer to bring and decorate their car and help run the different game stations. Please use the form below to sign up for volunteering.

We also need people to donate candy for the event. We will be collecting candy in the lobby on the Sundays leading up to the 31st. Candy must be individually wrapped.

CK Wheels Night

This Sunday at 5:00pm we are having CK Wheels Night hosted by Convergence Kids!

Bring your kids with their bikes, scooters, or skates along with a helmet and we will ride in the main parking lot together. There will be free food and water provided. Parents must be onsite for this event. We will be in the Main Parking lot area. See you there!

Foster The City Interest Meeting
Sunday, January 16th, 12:45p - 2:15p

We are proud to be a part of Foster the City - a coalition of churches addressing the foster care crisis in our city!

We're working with churches in our area to care for children in foster care and help them experience the joy of a safe and loving home. We want to invite you to learn more about how you can make a difference for children in foster care as a Foster Family or Support Friend at an upcoming Interest Meeting.

We'll be meeting at Convergence on Sunday, January 16th. RSVP at fosterthecity.org/RSVP. We hope to see you there!

Join us Friday, December 10th for a showing of The Chosen Christmas movie! Doors open at 5:30p, there will be a food hour from 6p-7p, and the movie will begin at 7p.

Our Convergence Cares Outreach Team is hosting our next Fill and Spill outreach event in September. On Thursday, Sept 23, we will meet at Convergence at 5pm for a time of worship and prayer (Fill) and then head out to Fremont Central Park (Lake Elizabeth) by 6pm to pray for the city, meet people, and offer prayer and encouragement to them (Spill). We'll break out into small teams and have a great time bringing the presence of God into our cities. Come join us! Email outreach@harvesthousechurch.org for more info.

Convergence Celebrating 25 Years

Convergence is celebrating its 25th year in a big way & we would love for
you to be a part of the special day!

Saturday Night, May 22nd, we will have Pastor Bill Johnson guest speaking at Convergence. Public Registration will be opening on May 16th. Registration is required to attend, and spots are limited so make sure you register once it's available.



Sunday, May 23rd during service we will have a special Q&A session with our Senior Pastors, Greg and Wendi, as they share some leadership gems they've learned over the years plus fun stories and testimonies of what the Lord has done in and through Convergence Church!

After service on Sunday, May 23rd, we will have a taco truck ready to feed you a delicious free meal, a photo booth, a jumpy house for the kids, and an award ceremony for some of the very important people that have been integral to Convergence becoming what it is today. It’s going to be a great weekend!

2nd Chapter

One-Night Conference

We are so excited to announce that 2nd Chapter Youth is hosting a one-night conference at Convergence Church! 

This event came from a dream Pastor Job had where Lou Engle was commissioning him to fast and pray for California and host a gathering. In the dream, Job told Lou that he was going to have a gathering on November 21st. Job woke up from the dream filled with expectancy - he knew the Lord was on it and that this was not just for youth but also for young adults. Job met with Pastor Jordan and explained the dream. During their meeting, Holy Spirit impressed upon Jordan’s heart Acts 11:21. “The mighty power of the Lord was with them as they ministered, and a large number of people believed and turned their hearts to the Lord.” Pastors Job and Jordan knew that this was the Lord confirming the event on 11/21.

Awaken

God is doing something new in the Bay Area! Come and join us again for open-air worship, powerful preaching, and supernatural encounters with Jesus.

Awaken begins at 5:30p on Saturday 10/10 in the Convergence parking lot. Please bring your own chair and come ready to encounter Jesus. The event is being held in our main parking lot so please park in the west parking lot (next to the gated grass area).

Convergence Regathering

Did you know we are having our Regathering Service this Sunday, June 28th!! We can’t wait to see you in person, it’s been too long!

Due to limited seating, we will be requiring each attendee to register for Sunday service, just like we’ve done for conferences in the past. We would love to invite you to register for Sunday here!

We have done our best to alleviate health concerns by following the CDC’s recommendations, but we do suggest that you join us online if you or any in your household are immunocompromised, in the high-risk category, or are concerned for safety in any way.

Our amazing greeters and parking team will be ready to welcome you and our incredibly talented baristas will be ready to whip you up a delicious coffee or tea at 9:30a. Sanctuary doors will open at 10a and the service will go from about 10:30a - 12p!

For those who don’t register in time: we will have a standby line available. We can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to enter the building, but we will be letting some people in at 10:20a, if there are any no-shows from the list of preregistered attendees. (To those that register beforehand: make sure you arrive by no later than 10:15a to ensure you have a spot!)

We miss our Convergence Family and would love to celebrate Pentecost Sunday with you before service on Sunday, 5/31.

We'll have free breakfast burritos and coffee (and juice for the kiddos!) from 8:30a-10a. We'll be able to see each other, pray for one another, connect and celebrate - while still following the safety directives prescribed by the County. Convergence staff, board, and volunteers will be here to welcome you, pray for your family and chat a little bit, we'd love to have you join us! We'll say goodbye to everyone at 10a so families can make it home in time to join us on our web stream at 10:30a.
